At Mosquito Creek Law Office, we are committed to providing superior service and value together with transparency in terms of our fees and anticipated timeframes for completing work on behalf of clients.
We are aware that we live in a world that is always striving to do more, with less (and faster), and we are continually looking for ways to improve our own efficiencies as a legal practice. That being said, we do pride ourselves on more personal service and accessibility to clients. We believe in the value of personal meetings and taking the time to get to know our clients, and making sure that we are providing legal advice and services that are of high quality and good value, In other words, we don't cut corners or rush clients through meetings, and we do also give the same thorough attention to our files when completing legal research or services on behalf of our clients.
As a result of this dedication to high quality and personal service, we do need to be able to manage our time carefully and ask that all clients call the office to schedule an appointment. We are no longer able to accommodate walk-ins or rush deals (ie. any real estate or corporate transaction with a closing date of two weeks or less). We do understand that circumstances do arise that necessitate a rush, and for those clients we are always happy to provide a referral.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU: Some may call us "old-fashioned", but at Mosquito Creek Law we still believe in the importance personal relationships and well-considered and relevant legal advice. We are a small rural office and can't ever claim to have turnaround times such as Amazon Prime or Skip-the-Dishes, but we will always take the time to listen to our clients and provide them with quality legal services close to home.
