COVID-19 - oFFICE protocol
At Mosquito Creek Law Office, we are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our staff, clients, and business partners. As a result, we are undertaking additional measures to protect our employees, their families, our clients, and our more vulnerable community members.
Like you, we are continuously monitoring information from official health organizations and making adjustments to our business continuity plan as things progress. We recognize that it is in everyone's interests that business continue as usual as much as possible, and therefore we have taken steps to ensure that the timeliness and quality of our work remains unaffected. As the situation continues to evolve, we will accommodate taking instructions where possible over the phone or by email, but of course we will remain available to assist with files that require in person meetings and signings (although please don't offense if we refrain from shaking hands for the next little while). We have also put in place extra cleaning protocols at the office, and will continue to monitor the situation to ensure that our clients, our staff and their families are protected.
At this time we are not able to accommodate walk-ins, and would ask that all clients call the office to schedule an appointment (and to share their concerns or specific circumstances, particularly for those of our clients who are more vulnerable and have concerns about their legal matters). And of course there is no cancellation fee for those who feel unwell on the day of their appointment and wish to cancel. We simply ask that you rest, recover, and will look forward to being of service once you are feeling better.
